What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering a warm, welcoming customer experience in-store and online

• Assisting with sales, stock handling, and visual merchandising

• Supporting marketing activities and in-store promotions

• Ensuring our showrooms are clean, organised, and beautifully presented

• Being a part of our brand's story and sharing it with customers

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong communicator with a natural flair for customer service

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred

• Someone who is proactive, organised, and has great attention to detail

• A team player who is comfortable working independently across different sites

• A passion for sustainable living and handcrafted products is a big plus!

This is a casual position offering 30–38 hours per week, with the potential to move into a permanent part-time role for the right person.

Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator | Noosaville

Casual or Permanent Part-Time | 30–38 hours per week

We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join the Pottery For The Planet team in our Noosaville HQ.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations—from stock control and product movement to packing and dispatch. You’ll play a vital role in getting our handmade ceramics safely and efficiently into the hands of customers across Australia and beyond.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Coordinating daily warehouse and dispatch operations

• Managing stock levels and processing incoming/outgoing deliveries

• Packing and dispatching wholesale and online orders with care and accuracy

• Working closely with the Production and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless flow of products

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

About You:

• Experienced in warehouse, logistics or dispatch coordination

• Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role

• Tech-savvy with experience using inventory or order management systems

• Enthusiastic about sustainability and the values behind our brand
