What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering a warm, welcoming customer experience in-store and online

Assisting with sales, stock handling, and visual merchandising

Supporting marketing activities and in-store promotions

Ensuring our showrooms are clean, organised, and beautifully presented

Being a part of our brand's story and sharing it with customers
What We’re Looking For:

A strong communicator with a natural flair for customer service

Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred

Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator | Noosaville
Casual or Permanent Part-Time | 30–38 hours per week
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to join the Pottery For The Planet team in our Noosaville HQ.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations—from stock control and product movement to packing and dispatch. You’ll play a vital role in getting our handmade ceramics safely and efficiently into the hands of customers across Australia and beyond.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

Coordinating daily warehouse and dispatch operations

Managing stock levels and processing incoming/outgoing deliveries

Packing and dispatching wholesale and online orders with care and accuracy

Working closely with the Production and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless flow of products

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
About You:

Experienced in warehouse, logistics or dispatch coordination

Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role

Tech-savvy with experience using inventory or order management systems
